Established on 1939, YMCA Ernakulam has made itself known in the city for its liveliness among the youth and its immense participation in the social and civic based activities. Constituting of 4 branches in Palarivattom, Kadavanthara and Thrikkakkara. The Charitable Projects - YMCA Boys Home, Home for the destitute children (Orphanage) at Thrikkakara, Special School & Home for the Mentally Challenged Children, YMCA Women’s Hostel for students and working women are very need oriented and popular in Cochin City. We are rendering charitable, educational, social, humanitarian and youth development activities for the welfare of the society. Existing projects such as Anna Danam (Nutrition programme), Dialysis treatments assistance, School kit provisions, Retirement Home and Boys Home have been catering to the need of many in need and has been creating a positive impact in the lives of the citizens residing in the tourist hub of Kerala.
